The before and after photos of this project Mary Cairncross Drive, Maleny, QLD was designed and fully renovated and extended by Field Constructions for investment purposes.
The house in its original form purchased by Field Constructions was in an excellent location overlooking the Glasshouse Mountains, however was originally a two bedroom home with a single garage with no street appeal, sadly neglected, as they say worst house in one of the best streets.
The radical changes with this renovation was fully gutted and extended to included a new rear deck, double garage, new laundry, new entry structure, complete roof replacement, rendered externally, window and door replacement, a full internal refit and rebuild turned this house into a quality home with high quality finishes all round.
Landscaping was completed as part of the overall development. This house speaks for itself by way of the before and after photos presented.
