This Commercial Development and the adjoining property was completed by Field Constructions. The value of the properties were in excess of $5M dollars. The project entailed a secure Basement Carpark and three levels with a Commercial quality Lift installation made up of Commercial Offices on two of the levels & two Penthouses on the top floor. All aspects of the building was of a high quality standard with high quality finishes throughout.

Field Constructions were selected for this project for its complexities regarding two Developers side by side wanting to complete a development with a common access. This access incorporated the main access and services for both developments and it required a Builder who would appreciate the position of both Clients and ensure the works flowed and was completed in a professional and ethical manner ensuring no one developer was disadvantaged over the other.

We were recommended to this Client by another developer who developed adjoining properties Field Constructions had developed earlier with a similar situation and executed to their full satisfaction.
